Distribution of educational material at Balsai (Taluka Roha) & Nandgaon (taluka Sudhagad)

 

Today educational material - notebooks, long books, textbooks and school uniforms were distributed to 49 needy students of Sudhagad Education Society’s Primary & Secondary School situated at Balsai (Taluka Roha). The students of nearby villages and tribal areas are studying in this school.

 

Shri. Suresh Gokhale (Secretary of VBSK), Smt. Sulabha Gokhale, Principal - Shri. Jayawant Thakur Sir and other teachers were present on this occasion.

 

At Nandgaon (Taluka Sudhagad) notebooks and long books were distributed to 275 needy students. Students of 33 villages and tribal areas from the nearby areas come to this school.

 

Shri. Suresh Gokhale, Smt. Sulabha Gokhale, Haribhakt Parayan Shri. Dhavade Maharaj (recipient of Raigad Bhushan award), Principal Shri. Sambhaji Dhope, and other teachers were present on this occasion..

 

Providing educational aid alone can not help resolve social issues. Keeping in mind the overall personality development of the students, VBSK has planned activities to be conducted on a regular basis. Also various programmes and competitions will be organized to celebrate the upcoming 200th birth anniversary year of Vishnubuva Brahmachari.
